First, we will all be gathered in the magical 10,000 sq. ft. labyrinth of flowers. You'll be surrounded by our zinnia walk and wildflower fields at the farm. Rachel, our experienced sound healer, will guide you through this nature journey, using the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls to help release tension and promote deep relaxation.

Later, using the "Plant Wave", we will all enjoy a hands-on experience aligning ourselves with the beautiful energy of flowers. Pick a special flower and hear its energy become transformed into a melody. It is magical.

Finally, everyone will wander the flower fields and be given a vase to fill with flowers that they'll pick for themselves to take home.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket, and wear comfortable clothing and proper outdoor footwear.
